The Resource Hub serves as a centralized directory where individuals and families can identify providers by service type and population served, while creating structured pathways for organizations to increase visibility and strengthen coordination across the local mental health network.

Our Impact to Date
To help reduce financial barriers to care, we are developing a fund that
provides short-term copay assistance for licensed mental health services.
Restricted fund used solely for copay assistance
Typical support range: $200–$400 per individual
Designed to support approximately 4–8 sessions
Participants select their own licensed mental health provider
Empower All does not direct or endorse providers
Reporting will include aggregate, non-identifying impact data only
This fund helps individuals and families take the first step toward accessing mental health support when cost may otherwise be a barrier.

How Organizations Join the Hub
We connect North Carolina youth, families, and adults with trusted mental health and wellness resources. Organizations providing relevant services are invited to apply as providers.
Eligibility
Organizations must:
- Provide mental health or wellness-related services
- Operate in North Carolina (in-person or virtual)
- Utilize licensed or credentialed professionals where applicable
- Align with the Hub’s scope and standards
Inclusion does not imply endorsement. Listings are reviewed and curated by Empower All.
Review Process
- Submit Application – Complete the online Partner Application Form
- Internal Review – Applications are reviewed within 7–10 business days
- Confirmation – Approved partners receive next steps and payment details
Empower All reserves the right to remove listings if standards are not upheld.
Annual Partnership
The Hub is free to the public. Organizations participate through an annual contribution that supports platform maintenance, visibility, and outreach.
Community Partner – $500/year Standard directory listing
Impact Partner – $1,500/year Priority listing + event recognition
Premier Partner – $3,000/year Featured placement + event integration
Limited-time Founding Partner opportunities are available during launch.
